Learning to transition from one intense environment to another—such as moving from a high-pressure professional setting into a family or personal context with different expectations—is critical for overall well-being. Therapy supports clients in developing strategies to navigate these transitions, regulate stress, maintain presence and connection, and thrive in both professional and personal domains.

Experience working with athletes, artists and performers, physicians/healthcare professionals, police officers and professional firefighters, and other high-performing professional has allowed for my own personal-window-experience into the nature of the high-stakes environments, while also witnessing the human inside the story.
