Mental Performance Coaching and Psychological Support for Athletes and Professionals

Learning to transition from one intense environment to another—such as moving from a high-pressure professional setting into a family or personal context with different expectations—is critical for overall well-being. Therapy supports clients in developing strategies to navigate these transitions, regulate stress, maintain presence and connection, and thrive in both professional and personal domains.

  • High-performance optimization, building resilience, managing stress, and supporting sustained success for athletes, physicians, lawyers, and other high-achieving professionals.

  • Experience working with athletes, artists and performers, physicians/healthcare professionals, police officers and professional firefighters, and other high-performing professional has allowed for my own personal-window-experience into the nature of the high-stakes environments, while also witnessing the human inside the story.
